CAF has confirmed the date and location of the 2022 AFCON draw in Cameroon.

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced on Thursday that the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) draw will take place in Cameroon on August 17, 2021.
At 18h00 GMT, the draw will take place at the Yaounde Conference Centre. CAF announced this today in a statement on its website.
Remember that the draw was originally scheduled for June 2021, but was postponed due to logistical issues associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
The AFCON 2022 is set to take place from January 9 to February 6, with five host cities already confirmed.
Algeria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Comoros, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal, Sudan, Tunisia, Zimbabwe, and Sierra Leone are among the countries that have qualified for the tournament.
In due course, Caf will announce additional information, including the draw procedure and special guests.”
